1. Service Content

1.1 This application is a Bluetooth earphone product service app that can achieve hardware connections, obtain company product information, etc., and strictly prohibits all illegal and adult content within the app. Those who violate community operating rules will be permanently banned.
1.2 The specific content of the services provided by this application is provided by the application producer based on actual conditions.
1.3 Unless there are other explicit provisions in this registration and service agreement, new products, new features, and new services launched by this application are subject to the regulations of this registration and registration agreement.
1.4 This application only provides related network services. Devices (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to Internet or mobile networks) and the necessary expenses (such as telephone fees and internet fees for accessing the Internet, and mobile phone fees for using mobile networks) related to the relevant network services should be borne by the user.

1. Bluetooth Permission
Bluetooth permission is a basic permission used by the APP. Only with this permission can the APP search for and connect Smartix Audio Bluetooth products through Bluetooth. We promise that Bluetooth permission will only be used for functions related to this APP and not for other purposes.
2. Location Permission
Location permission is also a basic permission used by the APP. The mobile system requires the APP to have location permission when searching for nearby Bluetooth products. Only with this permission can the APP search for nearby Smartix Audio Bluetooth products. We promise that location permission will only be used for functions related to this APP and not for other purposes.
3. Background Location Permission
Background location permission is not a necessary permission and is used for Android phones to search for nearby Smartix Audio Bluetooth products after adding an APP desktop widget. We promise that background location permission will only be used for functions related to this APP and not for other purposes.
4. Sync Server Data
(1) Network Access Permission
Network access permission is a basic permission used by the APP. Network permission is used for account login, loading discovery pages, downloading Smartix Audio product information (product images, models, and manuals). We promise that network access permission will only be used for functions related to this APP and not for other purposes.
(2) Data Read and Write Permission
Data read and write permission is a basic permission used by the APP. Data read and write permission is used to create local database records, cache server data, cache network images, and read local albums (customizing the background of the music playback interface may read local album content). We promise that data read and write permission will only be used for functions related to this APP and not for other purposes.
5. Sensor Permission
Users can actively open web pages to support sensor data acquisition in web pages and support web page sensor functions. This permission is collected by Tencent SDK.
6. Camera Permission
Camera permission is not a necessary permission and is used for Android phones to add Smartix Audio Bluetooth products. We promise that camera permission will only be used for functions related to this APP and not for other purposes.
7. Read Contacts
Reading contacts is also not a necessary permission and is used for Android phones to share Smartix Audio Bluetooth products. We promise that reading contacts permission will only be used for functions related to this APP and not for other purposes.
8. Device Information
To identify your device, prevent malicious programs and cheating, improve service security, ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address, SIM card serial number), installed APP information, or running process information.
9. Storage Permission
To implement garbage cleaning and running acceleration functions, we will request your storage permission to access external storage information (SD card data) for checking phone CPU, memory, and SD card status.
10. Clipboard Permission
When you share or receive shared information, we need to access your clipboard locally to read passwords, share codes, links, etc., contained in it to achieve functions or services such as jumping, sharing, and activity linkage.

4. How We Provide Information to External Parties

(c) There are no unused benefits in the account. If you still have unused benefits, the deactivation request will be considered as your voluntary waiver of the corresponding benefits;
(d) You completely waive the rights to retain and recover such data;
(e) Account deactivation does not involve any ongoing complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by competent authorities, and there is no current practical risk of the above-involved litigation and adjustment;
(f) There are no other circumstances required by laws and regulations that require fulfillment but have not been fulfilled.
The account deactivation process is as follows: log in to the Smartix Audio APP - My - Settings - Account and Security - Account Deactivation; before you deactivate your account, we will verify your account information. You understand and acknowledge that account deactivation is an irreversible action;
6.2 Consequences of Account Deactivation
You understand and agree that after completing the account deactivation process, the following consequences may occur, including but not limited to:
(a) You will no longer be able to perform any actions with that account;
(b) You will not be able to log in to the Smartix Audio APP account with that account;
(c) After deactivation, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all the information and data stored and used under that account;
(d) Other consequences that may harm your rights or cause losses to you;
